Our minimum order value is €15.00 (excluding delivery, if applicable). Delivery* and returns are free of charge in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. In Germany and Austria are the shipping costs €4.50.
* Standard orders are delivered by DHL.
You can pay on our website with iDeal or Creditcard. In the Netherlands you can choose “Payment by invoice” to pay afterwards by invoice (there is a €7.50 surcharge for this payment method). We use a secure server connection.
We aim to pay refunds into your bank account within 14 days. We make refunds by the same payment method you used (unless you agree to a different method). Refunds will not cost you anything.
All items are priced in euros.
Orders placed on Mondays to Fridays are processed within 24 hours and are often shipped the same day. Orders to addresses in the Netherlands are delivered by DHL. Availability of items depends on the stock in our warehouse. We will contact you if items are not in stock. Your order will be delivered within two working days. We also offer collection from DHL pick-up points as a delivery option.

Not satisfied with your purchase? As long as the shoes are unworn (apart from trying them on, of course), you can return them without stating reasons within 14 days of receipt.
